Ingredientes
- 8 slices bread for toasting
- 250 g tomato purée
- 200 g Grana Padano
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation
Spread plenty of tomato purée on one slice of bread, season with salt, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.
Add shavings of Grana Padano, top with another slice of bread and toast on a hot grill for a few minutes on both sides.
Serve the toasts hot, cut in half and arrange on a serving plate.
