    Savoury Popcorn with Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    • 100 g popcorn kernels
    • 30 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    • Salt
    • Sweet paprika.

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Place the popcorn kernels with the oil in a high saucepan, close with a lid and cook at a low temperature until all the kernels have popped nicely. Season with a pinch of salt.

    STEP 2

    Pour the popcorn into a bowl then add the grated Grana Padano and a sprinkling of paprika. Toss carefully and let the flavours blend for 10 minutes before serving.

    Tip: if using microwave popcorn, follow instructions then season with Grana Padano, paprika and salt, to taste.
