Introduction
A different version of the famous Caesar Salad with chicken and a lighter dressing, accompanied by two slices of toasted bread 🙂
Ingredients
200 g of already cooked chicken
1 head of lettuce
8 slices of bread
130 g of Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of mustard
Drops of Tabasco to taste
80 g of Grana Padano DOP Over 12 months
Oil to taste
Preparation
STEP 1
Fly the previously cooked chicken and cut the lettuce head.
STEP 2
Prepare the sauce using Greek yogurt, soy sauce, mustard and Tabasco. Once the sauce is ready, mix it with the previously cut lettuce. Add then the chicken.
STEP 3
Toast the bread in the pan. Fill the Caesar Sandwich with the chicken, lettuce and accompanying sauce. Finally add the Grana flakes Padano DOP.
Chef’s advice
If you don’t have chicken leftovers, you can quickly cook some strips in a pan. The accompanying sauce goes well with sautéed vegetables and as a dressing for numerous salads!
