    Club sandwich and Grana Padano

    Slices of white bread alternate with thin sheets of Grana Padano DOP, in a millefeuille with very bright colors and a flavor mixed in a symphony to try.
    The most famous sandwich in the world is enriched with a typically Mediterranean flavor for this bite which will anticipate many others.
    Soft and crunchy alternate from the first touch, when the fingertip grasps the delicate sandwich and brings it to the lips, ready to envelop this delight for the most intense pleasure, that of the palate.

    Ingredients

    • 12 slices of bread
    • 40 g of butter
    • 60 g of mayonnaise
    • 150 g of roast chicken meat
    • 100 g of Grana Padano DOP flakes aged 18 months
    • 8 slices of bacon
    • 4 ripe, firm tomatoes
    • 1 head of lettuce
    • mustard
    • salt and pepper

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Scrub, wash and dry the salad carefully and chop it. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
    Cut the cooked chicken meat into thin strips.
    Lightly toast the bread in a hot oven.
    Toast the bacon at the same time.

    STEP 2

    Spread four slices of bread with butter and four with mustard. Season the chicken with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt if necessary.

    STEP 3

    Assemble the sandwiches by alternating bread, salad, tomato, chicken and flakes of Grana Padano DOP. Complete with bread and bacon.

    STEP 4

    Thread the sandwiches with two long wooden skewers and cut each one into two triangles. Serve with chips or grilled vegetables seasoned to taste.
