    Smoked swordfish Club Sandwich with tomatoes, salad, mayonnaise and Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    • 12 slices sandwich bread
    • 100 g Grana Padano PDO
    • 250 g sliced smoked swordfish
    • 2 beef tomatoes
    • 8 leaves of lettuce
    • mayonnaise

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    Toast the bread on both sides and begin to compose the club sandwich this way:
    Spread some mayonnaise on the first slice, then add two slices of tomato, Grana Padano shavings, lettuce and smoked swordfish.

    STEP 2

    Top with another slice of bread and repeat.
    Once ready, slice the club sandwich in half along the diagonal, to obtain two triangles. Pin them with a toothpick and serve at once.
