Savoury Grana Padano pudding with strawberries and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients
100 g strawberries
250 g Grana Padano
3 eggs
100 ml cream
80 ml whole milk
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
STEP 1
In a mixer, combine the eggs, milk, cream and Grana Padano broken into pieces and blend everything until the mixture is fluid and evening blended. Pour the mixture into greased moulds (both aluminium and silicone moulds work well). Set in a water bath and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-30 minutes. Wait until the puddings have cooled before unmoulding. Serve the puddings with fresh strawberries and drops of balsamic vinegar.
