Margarita and Avocado, Chicken and Grana Padano Sandwich

Ingredients
12 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
100 g Grana Padano
1 avocado
1 chicken breast
1 lemon
lettuce
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
Preparation
STEP 1
Peel and slice the avocado, then splash with lemon juice to prevent it from turning black. Cook the chicken breast on a griddle, let cool and then slice.
STEP 2
To make the sandwiches, put some lettuce on a slice of bread, add the sliced chicken breast drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, another slice of bread, sliced avocado, Grana Padano shavings, lettuce and, finally, top with another slice of bread. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
MARGARITA
Ingredients
70 ml tequila, 30 ml lime juice, 40 ml triple sec, slices of lime, salt, ice.
Preparation
Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice and then in salt. Fill a shaker with ice cubes, then pour in the tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain the liquid into the glass. Serve garnished with slices of lime.
