Taste of London 2024

For the 20th anniversary of Taste of London, Grana Padano and Prosecco DOC, within the Project “Cheers and Cheese to EU”, are once again present at this event which celebrates the excellence of London’s food and drinks world.

As usual, this 20th anniversary edition of Taste of London takes place in Regent’s Park. This international event dedicated to the tasting of the highest quality food and wine products, was created in London in 2004: an event aimed at a select audience that celebrates the excellence of London’s food and drinks world.

Once again, Grana Padano together with the Prosecco DOC Consortium are present with a 150 sqm stand (position – S28, directly at the entrance).
Several masterclasses and cookingshows are scheduled every day, hosted by expert Neil Phillips and Chef Danilo Cortellini. At some sessions, other invited guests, such as Angelo Coassin (@cookingwithbello) and Francesco Mattana (@our_cookingjourney) will co-host with them.

• Wednesday: Puffed potatoes with asparagus and Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosecco DOC mousse
• Thursday: Grana Padano PDO cheese gelato with walnuts and caramelised figs
• Friday: Pan fried Lasagna with Grana Padano PDO cheese, aubergine, tomato and basil
• Saturday: Grana Padano PDO cheese and summer truffle arancini
• Sunday: Courgette, lemon and Grana Padano PDO cheese pizzette
• FIRE PIT recipe: Prosecco DOC marinated chicken skewers with roasted peppers, tomatoes and Grana Padano PDO cheese pesto
