Taste of London 2023

The 19th edition of Taste of London will take place at Regent’s Park. This international event dedicated to the tasting of the highest quality food and wine products, was created in London in 2004: an event aimed at a select audience that celebrates the excellence of London’s food and drinks world.

Once again, Grana Padano together with the Prosecco DOC Consortium will be present with a 150 sqm stand (position – S28, directly at the entrance).

Several masterclasses and cooking shows will take place every day, hosted by expert Neil Phillips and Chef Danilo Cortellini. At some sessions, other invited guests will co-host alongside Neil and Danilo: Lelyla Kazim, Alessandro Palazzi “The Bartender”, Angelo Coassin “Cookingwithbello”.

Chef Danilo Cortellini will prepare the following recipes live:

• Wednesday 14/06 evening – Stuffed onions with Grana Padano PDO and truffle
• Thursday 15/06 – Risotto with Prosecco DOC, red pepper, Grana Padano PDO and basil
• Friday 16/06 – Garganelli with asparagus and Grana Padano PDO
• Saturday 17/06 – Gnocchetti with broad beans, courgettes, courgetti flowers, Grana Padano PDO and lemon
• Sunday 18/06 – Culurgiones (sardinian potato ravioli), Grana Padano PDO and truffle

Francesco Mazzei, who has supported Grana Padano for many years, will also be present with his namesake popular pop-up restaurant where he will serve his Truffle Pasta with Grana Padano served in the half-wheel.
