Summer Fancy Food 2024

Grana Padano is present at the 68th edition of the famous Summer Fancy Food show held at the Javits Center, NY.

The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest trade-only specialty food event in the United States. Serving up the newest and best in specialty food and beverage, the Summer Fancy Food Show attracts more than 30.000 visitors (2023, +22% vs 2022) including producers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals for three days of product discovery, networking, and business opportunities.

The Consorzio is present in the Italian Pavillion of the fair, offering product tastings of two different ages of Grana Padano, for the hospitality of its members and customers at booths 2527-2529-2531-2533.

Furthermore, through the collaboration with GialloZafferano, there are two daily show-cooking by Cookergirl, Daniele Rossi, Sivia Barbian and Riccardo Orfino, who will take it in turns to create mouthwatering small dishes with Grana Padano for the guests present at the stand.
