IFE – International Food & Drink Event

Grana Padano attends at the 2024 edition of IFE – International Food Exhibition, held at Excel London from 25th to 27th March.

With over 40 years heritage of delivering high quality & effective business connections, IFE, International Food Exhibition, is UK‘s largest and most successful event for product sourcing for buyers from across the retail, foodservice, hospitality, wholesale, distribution, import and export sectors. IFE attracts over 27.000 visitors, with over 1.500 international exhibitors.

The Consorzio is present in the Chilled and Dairy section of the fair, offering product tastings of Grana Padano aged 16 month and Riserva 24 months, for the hospitality of its members and customers at booth 4111.

The program for 25 and 26 March includes the showcooking of Danilo Cortellini, making “cavatelli” pasta at the stand and serving them in the half-wheel with lemon, basil and Grana Padano.
