Grana Padano is present at Madrid Fusión, Spain’s most important international gastronomic congress.
During this edition, several activities are planned to highlight the versatility of the cheese.
In particular, on Monday 27th in the afternoon, there is the opportunity to taste the creative cocktails of renowned bartender Cristian Hornos at the Grana Padano stand (Hall14 – Stand D25E).
On Tuesday 28th at 12.30 p.m., star chef Jordi Cruz is hosting a conference in the fair’s auditorium to talk about the added value of using Grana Padano in haute cuisine.
