Macaroni with beans, crispy bacon and Grana Padano PDO

Ingredients
- 300 g macaroni
- 800 g of fresh fava (broad) beans
- 8 slices of bacon
- 40 g flakes of Grana Padano Over 16 months
- ½ dl extra virgin olive oil
- two ripe tomatoes (seeded, peeled and chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- chili
- 12 basil leaves
Preparation
Cook the macaroni “al dente” in salted water.
Meanwhile, chop the bacon and fry over a high heat with the olive oil, garlic and chilli.
