    Mixed grill of meat and vegetables with Grana Padano PDO cream

    Ingredients

    Per la grigliata mista:

    • 400 g sausages
    • 400 g pork ribs
    • 400 g sliced pork loin
    • 400 g sliced pork belly
    • 2 peppers
    • 2 courgettes
    • 1 aubergine
    • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Aromatic herbs to taste

    For the Grana Padano cream:

    • 100 g grated Grana Padano PDO
    • 150 ml whole milk
    • Pepper to taste

    Preparation of the Grana Padano cream:

    Heat the milk in a saucepan and then add the grated Grana Padano PDO. Stir well and add a pinch of pepper. Keep to one side.

    Grill preparation:

    Preheat the grill.
    Cut the vegetables into slices about 1 cm thick, brush them with oil and season with salt and pepper and chopped herbs.
    Grill the meat and vegetables until cooked through, making sure they are well cooked on the inside.

    Service:

    Arrange the grilled meat and vegetables on a serving plate, pour the Grana Padano cream in a separate bowl or spread it lightly over the meat.
    Serve accompanied by fresh bread or focaccia.
