- 500 ml whole milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- Butter to grease
- For the stuffing and gratin:
- 150 g sliced cooked ham
- 150 g diced mozzarella or scamorza cheese
- 80 g grated Grana Padano PDO
- 400 ml béchamel sauce (home-made or ready-made)
- Butter to taste for greasing
