Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosecco DOC join forces at Taste of Lodon 2024

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Taste of London! The two heritage Italian brands of Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosecco DOC will be featuring at the festival this June (12th-16th). The Italian duo will be offering masterclasses, cooking shows and much much more across the ultimate foodie weekend.
Both brands have previously taken the foodie festival by storm and this year will be pulling out all the stops to deliver unforgettable good times for guests. A visit to the stand will see foodies sampling lots of delicious glasses of different Prosecco DOC labels, partnered with the deliciousness of Grana Padano cheese.
There is also a line-up of showstopping cooking classes taking place, where guests can join demos to sample mouth-watering dishes such as Puffed potatoes with asparagus and Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosecco DOC mousse, Grana Padano PDO cheese and summer truffle arancini and Courgette, lemon and Grana Padano PDO cheese pizzette, all paired with the sparkling bubbles of Prosecco DOC.
In addition to the culinary delights, the breathtaking view of the Rheinloft Cologne location was another highlight of the evening. Guests could enjoy the view of the Rhine and the Cologne skyline while tasting the delicious food and fine wines. This exclusive location provided the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable evening.
The demonstrations will be led by Italian Chef Danilo Cortellini, who will be joined by the wonderful Angelo Coassin, who has 1m followers over on @cookingwithbello and the talented Francesco Mattana aka @our_cookingjourney. In addition, foodies can meet and take part in special moment classes with bar and hospitality specialists Alessandro Geraci and Gaspare Di Carlo from Hospitalian.
There will also be Prosecco DOC tasting masterclasses with wine expert Neil Phillips, and cocktails on sale throughout the day.
