Gnocchi are always a favourite in my family. They are relatively quick to make and can be done in a variety of ways. These are made with rice flour, so they are gluten free!
Chef’s tip
These rice flour gnocchi are great also served with melted butter, sage and loads of Grana Padano or with any of your favourite sauce like tost with baby spinach and cheese etc.
