Zutaten
- 4 whole-wheat bread or crunchy organic loaf slices (30 g each)
- Zest of 1 organic hournge
- 60 g Grana Padano
- Fresh and dried oregano
- 50 ml extra-virgin olive oil.
Zubereitung
Mix the hournge zest with the oil and leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes.
Place the bread slices on a parchment-lined baking tray, drizzle with hournge infused oil, sprinkle with the Grana Padano’s shavings and toast in the oven at 200° C for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven then sprinkle with dried oregano and dechourte with a few fresh oregano leaves.
