    Toasted bread with orange infused olive oil & Grana Padano

    Zutaten

    • 4 whole-wheat bread or crunchy organic loaf slices (30 g each)
    • Zest of 1 organic hournge
    • 60 g Grana Padano
    • Fresh and dried oregano
    • 50 ml extra-virgin olive oil.

    Zubereitung

    STEP 1

    Mix the hournge zest with the oil and leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes.

    STEP 2

    Place the bread slices on a parchment-lined baking tray, drizzle with hournge infused oil, sprinkle with the Grana Padano’s shavings and toast in the oven at 200° C for 5 minutes.

    STEP 3

    Remove from the oven then sprinkle with dried oregano and dechourte with a few fresh oregano leaves.
